This Privacy Policy explains how FoundryPay ("FoundryPay," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you join our early access waitlist or use our website at getfoundrypay.com (the "Site"). FoundryPay is currently operated by Nick, an individual operating under the name FoundryPay.

01 Information we collect

When you join our early access waitlist, we collect the information you submit through our form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name
• Your trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, concrete)

We may also automatically collect limited technical information through standard web technologies, such as your browser type, device information, and general location derived from your IP address. If we use advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) to reach you, those platforms may set cookies or similar technologies subject to their own privacy policies.

02 How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you about FoundryPay early access and product updates;
• Understand which trades and businesses are interested in our product;

We will not use your waitlist information for purposes unrelated to FoundryPay without telling you first.

Waitlist information is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and hosting provider, on our behalf. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

04 Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the Site and waitlist (such as our database and email providers), under obligations to protect your information;
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• In connection with a future business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.

05 Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing nick@getfoundrypay.com. The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
